目的:探讨中药复方癌肿宁治疗实验性肝癌的疗效和机理。方法:建立荷实体型肝癌(H_(22))小鼠模型,观察经癌肿宁治疗对其肿瘤生长、NK细胞活性和IL-2活性的影响。结果:癌肿宁能显著抑制肿瘤的生长,其最高抑瘤率达56.66%,并可明显增强IL-2和NK细胞活性。结论:癌肿宁有明显的抗肝癌作用,并显著提高荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine compound cancerousening on experimental liver cancer. METHODS: A solid-cell bearing liver cancer (H_(22)) mouse model was established to observe the effects of cancer ningning therapy on tumor growth, NK cell activity, and IL-2 activity. RESULTS: Carcinoma inhibited the growth of tumor significantly, and the highest tumor inhibition rate was 56.66%. The activity of IL-2 and NK cells was significantly increased. Conclusion: Cancerous lesions have obvious anti-hepatocarcinoma effect, and significantly increase the anti-tumor immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
