当前,公安院校基础课主要分为基本素质与人文修养课程和基础知识与基本技能课程两类。虽然各公安院校都非常重视基础课程的教学,但还存在基础课缺乏吸引力、基础课教学和考核方式陈旧、基础课师资相对缺乏等问题。对此,要从引进师资、注重培养,改革教学、案例主导,转变模式、学生优先,调整课程、贴近实战等方面采取对策,为卓越警务人才培养打下基础。 At present, the basic courses of public security colleges mainly fall into two categories, basic qualifications and humanities cultivation courses, basic knowledge and basic skills courses. Although all public security institutions attach great importance to the teaching of basic courses, there are still some problems such as the lack of attractiveness of basic courses, the outdated teaching and assessment methods of basic courses and the relative lack of basic teachers. In this regard, measures should be taken from the aspects of introducing teachers, focusing on training, reforming teaching, leading cases, changing patterns, prioritizing students, adjusting courses, and approaching actual combat so as to lay the foundation for excellence in police personnel training.
