国产M8612、M8612K、M8612D花鍵軸磨床,曾經用过一批“支流”控制的液压分度头架,在使用时出現了一些故障,例如在分度时,有时有分度动作而有时沒有分度动作或越档分度,性能很不稳定。現試就“支流”控制的液压分度結构产生故障的原因及調整和檢修的方法叙述于下,以供参考。一、支流控制結构的形式在系統中,主压力油(即油泵来油)輸入控制滑閥后,分成三路油液同时进行工作,每路油液即为“支流”,如图1所示。但在这三路支流中設有Ⅳ、Ⅵ两个压力控制器,促使系統中的滑閥按結构的要求先后移动,以保証自动循环分度。
