非本征铁电体在其温度接近相变温度时不存在介电发散,因此这种材料就有可能获得高的热释电优值因子。测量了三种非本征铁电体的典型样品的性能与温度的关系;这三种非本征铁电体是稀土钼酸盐、丙酸盐和硼酸盐。测量结果表明,这些材料的优值因子能达到的最大值大于硫酸三甘肽的。应用朗道自由能模式分析了实验结果,并估算了优值因子可能达到的最佳值。
Extrinsic ferroelectrics do not exhibit dielectric divergence when their temperature is close to the phase transition temperature, so it is possible for this material to achieve a high pyroelectric merit factor. The properties of typical samples of three extrinsic ferroelectrics were measured for their relationship to temperature; these three extrinsic ferroelectrics are rare earth molybdates, propionates and borates. The measurement results show that the maximum value of the merit factor of these materials can reach the maximum value than that of the tripalm sulfate. The Landau free energy model was used to analyze the experimental results and to estimate the best possible value of the merit factor.
