辊压机是一种用辊压来修理木工带锯条的机器。辊压机的压辊装置容易损坏。压辊一般由碳素工具钢或含锰合金钢制作。热处理后要求硬度达到洛氏55～60°,条件差的单位很难做到。现介绍一种简便易行的修理方法。
Roller presses are machines that use roller presses to repair woodworking band saw blades. Roller presses are easily damaged. Press rolls are generally made of carbon tool steel or manganese alloy steel. After the heat treatment, the hardness is required to reach Rockwell 55 to 60°.
