显微外科技术是一名合格外科医师必须具备的基本技能之一，然而由于各种条件限制，目前住院医师规范化培训中尚不能对显微外科教学作出统一要求，应鼓励各基地“因地制宜”开展显微外科教学。海军军医大学长征医院在临床实践中充分利用公民逝世后器官捐献（donation after cardiac death，DCD）供肝修整手术，循序渐进地针对住院医师规范化培训学员开展显微外科教学，包括理论知识讲授与实践操作训练，取得了一定的教学效果，值得进一步推广。“,”Microsurgical technique is one of the basic skills that a qualified surgeon must possess. However, due to the limitations of various conditions, it is not possible to make uniform provisions for microsurgery teaching in the current standardized residency training, and various training centers should be encouraged to carry out microsurgical training according to their own conditions. In clinical practice, using the repairing operation of donation after cardiac death (DCD), we have performed microsurgery teaching for residents in the standardized training step by step, including theoretical knowledge teaching and practical operation training. A certain teaching effect has been achieved, which is worthy of further promotion.
