液化石油气中含有硫化氢,会引起设备腐蚀和环境污染,当液化石油气作为化工原料时,对硫含量的要求更严格,因此需要将硫化氢脱除。国内一般采用碱洗法和乙醇胺法。碱洗法的流程简单,但由于液化气中硫化氢含量较高,需消耗大量碱液,并产生大量碱渣。乙醇胺法流程比较复杂,设备投资及操作费用较高。针对液化石油气脱硫工艺的这种状况,我们开发了氨水脱硫与含硫污水汽提的联合流程,
