通过苯甲醇与4,4′-联吡啶,PbCl2,I2在乙腈和水的混合溶液中的溶剂热反应,得到新颖的具有碘离子和氯离子混合的苄基紫精卤代铅盐[(BV)2(Pb5I8Cl6)]n(1)(BV2+=苄基紫精或N,N′-二苄基-4,4′-联吡啶鎓).化合物1的阴离子结构可视为通过共享PbI3Cl3,PbI5Cl或PbI6八面体的边缘形成的一维[Pb4n-5I8Cl6]n链状结构,而BV2+二价阳离子可能是由苯甲醇中的C–O键断裂后与4,4′-联吡啶苄基化原位形成的.在293~443 K的温度范围,化合物1的单晶电导率从1.54×10-6增加至2.11×10-5 S m-1,表明化合物1具有典型的半导体行为.
A novel benzyl viologen halogenated lead salt with mixed iodine and chloride ions was obtained by solvothermal reaction of benzyl alcohol with 4,4’-dipyridyl, PbCl2, I2 in a mixed solution of acetonitrile and water [(BV ) 2 (Pb5I8Cl6)] n (1) (BV2 + = benzyl viologen or N, N’-dibenzyl-4,4’-bipyridinium). The anionic structure of compound 1 can be considered as the result of sharing PbI3Cl3, PbI5Cl Or PbI6 octahedron edge of the formation of one-dimensional [Pb4n-5I8Cl6] n chain structure, and BV2 + divalent cation may be benzyl alcohol after the C-O bond is broken and 4,4’-dipyridyl benzylated The single crystal conductivity of compound 1 increased from 1.54 × 10-6 to 2.11 × 10-5 S m-1 in the temperature range of 293 ~ 443 K, indicating that compound 1 has the typical semiconducting behavior.
