一、目的和意义 中华鳖,俗称甲鱼、团鱼、水鱼、脚鱼,自古以来就是我国传统的美味佳肴,它具有滋阴壮阳、补气养血、健脑安神的功效。生化分析表明,中华鳖是高蛋白、低脂肪的优质食品,并且富含维生素、矿物质及人体必须的微量元素。由于鳖具有很高的营养和药用价值,随着人们生活水平的提高,对其的需求量必将越来越大,而野生鳖的数量却远远满足不了人们的需求。在这一前提下,发展养鳖业具有很广阔的前景。
