近年来,世界各国对地震造成房屋损坏的预测都较为重视。预测将给制定城市防灾规划、抗震设防、制定有关政策等提供依据。日本、美国和我国都已在这些方面做了不少工作。本文利用唐山地震时,天津市老旧民房的震害调查资料,找出影响震害的主要因素。用统计数字表示隶属函数,进行模糊综合评判,确定破坏比例。并用此法预测了烟台市区老旧房屋的震害。
In recent years, all countries in the world have paid more attention to predictions of damage caused by earthquakes. The forecast will provide basis for formulating urban disaster prevention plans, earthquake fortification, and formulating relevant policies. Japan, the United States, and China have all done a lot of work in these areas. This article uses the survey data of earthquake damage in the old private houses in Tianjin during the Tangshan earthquake to find out the main factors affecting the damage. The statistics are used to indicate the membership function, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is performed to determine the damage ratio. This method was used to predict the earthquake damage of old houses in the urban area of Yantai.
