目的:探讨运用导管栓塞法建立急性心肌梗死动物模型。方法:选择太湖梅山猪12头,麻醉后经右侧股动脉送入造影导管用明胶海绵栓塞左前降支(LAD)第二对角支分叉远端,致前壁心肌梗死,直至心电图、冠脉造影证实心肌梗死形成。结果:所有动物均完成冠状动脉造影及导管栓塞术,2头术中因室颤死亡,2头因穿刺失败改用另侧股动脉或颈动脉途径。结论:应用导管栓塞法建立猪急性心肌梗死模型为一种简单安全的方法,重复性好。
Objective: To explore the use of catheter embolization method to establish acute myocardial infarction animal model. Methods: Twelve Meishan pigs in Taihu Lake were selected. After anesthesia, the right femoral artery was infused into the angiography catheter and the distal diagonal branch of the left anterior descending artery (LAD) was distracted by gelatin sponge. The anterior myocardial infarction was induced until the electrocardiogram Pulse angiography confirmed the formation of myocardial infarction. Results: All animals underwent coronary angiography and catheter embolization. Two patients died of VF due to ventricular fibrillation and two failed to use the femoral artery or carotid artery. Conclusion: The establishment of porcine acute myocardial infarction model by catheter embolization is a simple and safe method with good repeatability.
