为了解决擦窗机吊臂截面尺寸选择不当所产生的重量赘余和材料浪费问题,采用结构设计中的等强度原理,在箱型截面积不变的条件下,建立宽、高和厚度与吊臂跨距变化的关系式并绘制相关曲线。为进一步验证各参数间的影响规律,运用有限元分析方法,在擦窗机吊臂既受垂直弯矩又受水平弯矩作用的典型工况下,对吊臂的强度、刚度和稳定性进行计算,并通过结果验证所提出的截面尺寸计算方法的合理性。为擦窗机吊臂的设计提供一种新的方法,有效地提高箱型结构截面的利用率,满足擦窗机设计的安全要求。
