肿瘤化疗的重要任务,应选择新的高效抗肿瘤药物,并能提高现有细胞抑制剂的选择作用。两性霉素B是一种与肿瘤细胞膜类固醇起反应及改变膜通透性的膜活性物质,故能提高抗肿瘤制剂的选择性和增强机体的免疫力,减少抗肿瘤制剂的并发症。若与利尿剂合用能保持正常的水盐代谢和肾功能。方法选用不同种系的大、小白鼠1000只,分别载有肉瘤、骨髓组织增生、类淋巴细胞性白血病、肺癌、黑色素瘤、浆细胞瘤、肝肿瘤、癌肉瘤和淋巴肉瘤等。除骨髓组织增生和类淋巴性白血病是在接种后24小时治疗外,其余均在载瘤后10~20天内治疗。药物剂量两性霉素B50单位/公斤,尾静脉注
