一、任务安排随意化确定合作内容是小组合作学习的基础,对小组合作有效开展至关重要。恰当的任务,可以激发学生学习的欲望。牵强的任务,反而会给学生带来厌倦与反感。一堂课内,合作学习什么内容,在什么时间段内安排合作学习,课前教师都要做到心中有数。但有些老师过分追求形式,认为合作学习就是多组织学生讨论,不管何时碰到什么问题就安排学生围坐在一起交流,觉得只有合作才能体现新课改精神。这样随意的安排导致合作学习出现以下三种现象:

Appropriate tasks can stimulate students’ desire to learn. Forced task, but will give students boredom and resentment. A lesson, what to learn cooperative content, at what time to arrange cooperative learning, before class teachers have to be aware of. However, some teachers over-pursue the form and believe that cooperative learning is a multi-organization of student discussions. Whenever students encounter any problems, they arrange for students to sit together and communicate. They think that cooperation can reflect the spirit of the new curriculum reform. This random arrangement leads to the following three phenomena in cooperative learning:
