小学三至六年级开展的综合实践活动课具有独特的课程形态,它既是综合课程也是活动课程,尤其注重实践层面。这种独特性要求教师能有效的指导小学生开展综合实践活动,但是教师在指导方面出现一些问题。为了改进教师指导方面的问题,除了重视教师培训还需重视教师的职前培养。在小学综合实践活动课教师的职前培养阶段要重视理解课程实质和实践活动的锻炼与反思。
The Integrated Practice Activity Classes conducted in grades three through six of primary schools have unique curriculum forms. They are both integrated courses and activity courses, with a particular emphasis on practical aspects. This uniqueness requires that teachers can effectively guide primary school students in carrying out comprehensive practical activities, but teachers have some problems with guidance. In order to improve teachers’ guidance, teachers should pay attention to pre-service training in addition to paying great attention to teacher training. At the stage of pre-service training for teachers in primary comprehensive practice activities, we should pay more attention to the training and reflection on understanding the essence and practical activities of the curriculum.
