为消除原油管道收发球过程中人为操作下误操作的可能性,介绍了一种新的阀门互锁方法,与以往使用电气设备进行互锁不同的是,该方法不需添加任何硬件,大大节约了成本,并减少了电气互锁流程操作的复杂性。其主要利用漠大原油管道站场目前使用的利密托克电动执行机构中的ESD功能,并采用PLC软件系统与执行机构硬件功能相结合的方式,启用执行机构的ESD功能,并设置ESD优先级别高于就地级别,进行现场线路连接,完成PLC程序的编制,使旁路阀门和主管道阀门只能按照工艺要求的操作流程操作,否则阀门命令无法执行,从而实现阀门在就地状态下的互锁,防止因操作人员的误操作带来的运行风险。(图2,表1,参11)
