从风险投资的基本概念入手,提出了发展中国风险投资市场体系的基本框架。在对风险投资市场的供给体系、组织体系、需求体系与退出体系进行深入细致分折的基础上,提出了完善相关法津制度的具体建议。
Starting from the basic concept of venture capital, this paper puts forward the basic frame of developing the market system of venture capital in China. On the basis of thorough and meticulous analysis of the supply system, organizational system, demand system and exit system of venture capital market, this paper puts forward some concrete proposals to improve the relevant legal system.
