广西岑溪-水汶高速公路均昌隧道未贯通段穿越风化花岗岩富水地层,发生多次突水突泥灾害,对工程安全构成极大威胁,治理难度极大。利用探注结合方法对突水突泥灾害高风险区段(左线DK7+854.5~DK7+869.5)的水文地质条件进行了较为精确的调查分析。采用全断面帷幕注浆技术,基于重点区域重点治理的原则,实现了高风险区段的有效快速治理。治理后注浆效果检查合格,开挖顺利通过注浆治理段。该设计方案和施工方法对类似工程具有较大参考价值。
The failure of the Shuchang tunnel of Cenxi-Shui-Wen Expressway across the weathered granite water-rich formation with multiple inrush and mud disasters poses a great threat to the project safety and the treatment is extremely difficult. The hydrogeological conditions in the high risk section of inrush and muddy mud disaster (DK7 + 854.5 ~ DK7 + 869.5 on the left line) were investigated and analyzed by using the combination of exploration and injection. Full-face curtain grouting technology, based on the principle of key areas of focus on governance, to achieve effective and rapid management of high-risk sections. Grouting effect after the inspection pass control, excavation through the grouting governance section. The design scheme and construction method have great reference value for similar projects.
