本文对布氏菌株在布氏茵免疫机体和免疫血清培养基上连续传代可引起羊种布氏菌毒力和凝集原性降低及细菌细胞超微结构不可逆的改变,对牛种茵毒力无明显的影响。注射抗菌素机体连续传代对菌株毒力及凝集原性影响甚微,但可引起菌株的耐药与突变。以上结果对布氏茵病防治及流行病学具有一定的理论和现实意义。
In this paper, the continuous passage of B. brucei strains on B.nigermanii and immune serum medium can lead to the decrease of virulence and agglutinative activity of M. brevis and the irreversible alteration of ultrastructure of bacterial cells. Obvious impact. The continuous passage of antibiotics injections had little effect on the virulence and agglutinogenicity of the strains, but could cause the resistance and mutation of the strains. The above results have certain theoretical and practical significance for the prevention and epidemiology of B.niger.
