本文对三十烷醇处理后的2种茶树叶片进行了比较解剖的研究。结果表明:三十烷醇可使茶树叶片和栅栏组织增厚,栅栏组织与海绵组织比值提高,栅栏细胞数增加,叶片主脉厚度、维管束体积、维管束鞘细胞壁的厚度及石细胞数量降低,茶树的生产力指数提高。结果还表明,三十烷醇处理后14天比处理后5天对茶树叶片的结构影响显著,对秋茶的影响比春茶显著。
In this paper, two kinds of tea leaves after triacontanol treatment were comparatively anatomized. The results showed that triacontanol could thicken the leaves and palisade of tea plant, increase the ratio of palisade tissue and spongy tissue, increase the number of palisade cells, the thickness of main vein, the volume of vascular bundle, the thickness of bundle sheath cell wall and the number of stone cells , Tea productivity index increased. The results also showed that the triacontanol treated 14 days after treatment than the five days on the structure of tea leaves significant impact on the autumn tea than Chuncha significant.
