采用Communication Box大鼠模型研究反复心理应激对大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响,及高酪氨酸饲料对应激大鼠血浆GSH-PX活性的保护作用。本实验发现:心理应激+酪氨酸组血浆GSH-PX活性显著高于心理应激组,而与对照组相差不显著。提示,补充酪氨酶对反复心理应激大鼠的抗氧化能力具有保护作用。
The effects of repeated psychological stress on the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in rats and the protective effect of high-tyrosine diet on the activity of GSH-PX in plasma of stress-induced rats were studied by using the Communication Box rat model. The experiment found: psychological stress + tyrosine plasma GSH-PX activity was significantly higher than the psychological stress group, but the difference was not significant with the control group. Tip, supplementation of tyrosinase on repeated psychological stress in rats with antioxidant capacity has a protective effect.
