ZG55车轮是我厂产品斗轮堆取料机行走机构的关键件。φ600mm车轮承受轮压达21t。历年来车轮曾先后采用整体加热整体淬火,整体加热滚动淬火,和胎具扣盖密封淬火等工艺,由于轮毂加热困难,踏面硬度不均,轮缘或轮体断裂时有发生,热处理质量很不稳定。现行的喷水淬火工艺,车轮踏面淬硬层深度达不到技术条件和行业技术标准的要求。现在采用仿形喷水淬火装置,选定
