青岛市胶南第五中学/安敏从近几年高考文综卷历史试题看,已基本形成了基础知识为本、能力立意拔高、注意价值引领的试题特点与命题思路。2005年全国高考文综卷历史试题总体上是稳中有变、变中求实。然而,就材料选取、命题角度、考查意图等言,虽有这样那样的不足,甚至是缺乏学科特点,但大的趋势还是朝着课程标准要求的加强基础知识、重视核心知识与核心能力掌握,体现能力立意思想,重视信息获取、归纳与表达能力的培养的方向探索与发展着。我们知道,同样的知识点,既可以从知识立意的角度来命题,也可以从能力立意的角度来命题。从命题者工作看,
