要组织好学生的“第二课堂”,班主任自己首先要有“第二课堂”方面的修养。我这方面的修养是在“听说读写练”的过程中,逐步产生和丰富的。我的“听”,主要是在“小人国”里旅游,经常听电台的少儿节目。教师的时间是很紧的,但我认为,自己既然是为孩子们服务的“仆人”,就应该知道“小人国”里的事儿,因此坚持听电台少儿节目。中午没时间,傍晚一定要补听。这样,我知道了很多少儿故事、广播剧、评弹、音乐和科普等方面的知识,极大地丰富了我设计“第二课堂”活动的想象力。同时,也丰富了我的儿童语言,使我的性格越发“娃娃化”——成了一个学生们喜欢的“有趣的人”。
To organize the “second class” of students, the class teacher must first have “second class” aspects of self-cultivation. My self-cultivation in this area is gradually produced and enriched in the process of “listening and speaking, reading and writing practice.” My “Listen” mainly travels in Little Country and often listens to radio children's programs. Teachers' time is very tight, but I think since I am a “servant” who serves children, I should know what is in “Little Country” and stick to listening to radio children's programs. No time noon, evening must listen. In this way, I know a lot of children's stories, radio drama, Pingtan, music and popular science and other aspects of knowledge, which greatly enriched my design “second class” activities of imagination. At the same time, it also enriched my children's language and made my character more “dollized” - becoming a “fun guy” that students love.
