根据合金中有序化相可以大幅度降低合金电阻率的原理,我们研制了一种低铜含量的导电合金,并成功地在手工电焊钳上取得应用。该合金主要成分是Zn42~44%,Al0.3~0.8%,Fe<0.02%,余量是Cu。该合金具有5.6×10~(-8)Ω-M的电阻率,IACS 比电导为30%,机械性能,铸态σ_b≥38kg/mm~2,δ≥15%,HB≥105。并具有优良的铸造工艺性能和热态压力加工性能。这种合金比纯铜价廉28.9%左右,目前已在手工电焊钳上成功地取得应用,电焊钳手柄表面温升平均仅21℃。
Based on the principle that an ordered phase in an alloy can substantially reduce the resistivity of the alloy, we have developed a conductive alloy with a low copper content and successfully applied it to a hand-held electrode. The alloy is mainly composed of 42-44% of Zn, 0.3-0.8% of Al, Fe <0.02% and the balance of Cu. The alloy has the resistivity of 5.6 × 10 -8 Ω-M, the IACS specific conductivity is 30%, the mechanical properties, as-cast σ_b≥38 kg / mm ~ 2, δ≥15% and HB≥105. And has excellent casting process performance and hot state pressure processing performance. This alloy is about 28.9% cheaper than pure copper, has been successfully applied in the manual welding clamp, the surface temperature of the electric welding clamp handle an average of only 21 ℃.
