针对目前常用提取偏差信息的左右积分比较法对V型不对称坡口不适用的情况,结合摆动电弧传感器低频率的特点,提出一种半周期单边积分比较法判断焊枪位置,并采用弧长控制的算法来提取偏差。经实验证明,半周期单边积分比较法用于低频率的摆动电弧传感器,解决左右积分比较法对V型不对称坡口存在的误判是可行的,跟踪效果良好。
Aiming at the current situation that the left and right integral method of extracting deviation information is not suitable for V-shaped asymmetrical groove, a half-cycle unilateral integral comparison method is proposed to judge the position of the welding gun according to the characteristics of low frequency of the wobble arc sensor.
