“含铬铸态球墨铸铁曲轴的试验研究”一文,已在《汽车技术》杂志一九七九年第五期中发表过。该文曾指出,铬在球铁中有较好的强韧化效果,含铬铸态球铁具有强度高、延伸率高、冲击值高和硬度低的特点。在曲轴弯曲疲劳试验中,还发现含铬铸态球铁曲轴具有极限弯矩大、安全系数大、过载持久强度大及变形小的特点。为了进一步认识铬在球铁中的作用机理,本文应用电子扫描及其它试验手段,从铬的晶体结构、凝固、结晶、热处理相变原理等方面,进一步研究铬在球铁中的作用机理。
The article “Experimental Research on Chromium Cast Nodular Cast Iron Crankshafts” was published in Automotive Technology Magazine Issue 5, 1979. The paper has pointed out that chromium has a better ductile effect in ductile iron. Chromium-containing ductile iron has the characteristics of high strength, high elongation, high impact value and low hardness. In the crankshaft bending fatigue test, it is also found that the cast-iron ductile iron containing crankshaft has the characteristics of large ultimate bending moment, large safety factor, long lasting overload strength and small deformation. In order to further understand the mechanism of chromium in ductile iron, this paper further studies the mechanism of chromium in ductile iron from the aspects of crystal structure, solidification, crystallization and heat treatment phase transformation of chromium by using electronic scanning and other experimental methods.
