以ACQUITY UPLC BEHAmide柱为分析柱,乙腈(0.2%TEA)和水作为流动相,采用蒸发光散射检测器,建立了超高效液相色谱分析烟草中鼠李糖、木糖、果糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖的方法。7种水溶糖的加标回收率在85.2%~105.3%之间,相对标准偏差皆小于5.7%。方法可用于烟草及其制品中水溶性糖含量的测定。采用此法测定了30个烟草样品,以7种水溶性糖为指标对样品进行了聚类分析。结果表明通过烟草水溶性糖的聚类分析可以区分不同品种的烟样。
An analytical column of ACQUITY UPLC BEHAmide, acetonitrile (0.2% TEA) and water as mobile phase were used to establish an analytical method for the determination of rhamnose, xylose, fructose and mannose in tobacco by ultra performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector. Glucose, sucrose, maltose method. The spiked recoveries of seven kinds of water-soluble sugars ranged from 85.2% to 105.3% with relative standard deviations less than 5.7%. The method can be used for the determination of water-soluble sugar in tobacco and its products. Thirty tobacco samples were determined by this method. Seven kinds of water-soluble sugars were used as indexes to cluster the samples. The results show that different varieties of tobacco samples can be distinguished by clustering analysis of tobacco water-soluble sugars.
