该文研究了制备Tl—1223超导体的半熔融方法及冷加工对其复银带的影响,与一次烧结法相比较,半熔融法制备的样品杂相较少。通过对差热曲线和磁滞回线的综合分析,认为半熔化温度在983℃附近比较合适。在带材制备过程中,冷拉以后不退火直接轧制,采用大的道次压下量,均有利于提高临界电流。各种不同直径的复合丝轧制成的超导带,都有一临界电流最高的厚度范围。
In this paper, the influence of semi-melting method and cold working on the preparation of Tl-1223 superconductors was studied. Compared with the one-sintering method, semi-melt method produced less miscellaneous phases. Through a comprehensive analysis of the differential thermal curve and the hysteresis loop, it is considered that the semi-melting temperature is suitable near 983 ℃. In the strip preparation process, the cold-drawn after the direct annealing without annealing, using a large amount of pass reduction, are conducive to raising the critical current. A variety of different diameters of the composite wire rolling superconducting tape, there is a critical current maximum thickness range.
