结扎术后盆腔痛已被公认,其痛因只是揣测。但是,子宫内膜异位症作为结扎术后能够发生和引起盆腔疼痛的实质一直未加讨论,本研究分析了结扎术后症状性子宫内膜异位症。本文收集1980.1～1982.4期间,Yale-New Haven医院诊断子宫内膜异位症施术治疗后出院患者住院卡,手术发现内膜异位症患者中23例作过绝育术。本文23例平均年龄35.8岁(27～47岁),其中13例腹式Pomeroy法结扎:产后结扎3例,腹腔镜电烧绝育9例,阴道式结扎1例。23例中20例因具有内膜异位症症状,即盆腔痛、痛经、异常出血
Pelvic pain after ligation has been recognized, the pain is only speculation. However, the substance of endometriosis, which can occur and cause pelvic pain after ligation, has not been discussed, and the present study analyzed symptomatic endometriosis after ligation. This article collected from 1980.1 ~ 1982.4 period, Yale-New Haven hospital diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis hospitalized patients discharged card, endometriosis surgery in patients with 23 cases were sterilized. The average age of 23 cases (35 to 35 years) (27 to 47 years), of which 13 cases of abdominal Pomeroy method ligation: postpartum ligation in 3 cases, laparoscopic electrocautery sterilization in 9 cases, vaginal ligation in 1 case. Twenty of 23 cases had endometriosis symptoms, namely pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, and abnormal bleeding
