[目的 ]了解药物牙刷在去离子水中模拟刷牙 3min后水中氟离子含量及其变化规律 ,以便寻找方便有效的防龋新方法。 [方法 ]对 8支样刷 90次释氟量 (- x± s)结果进行处理 ,并把 90次释氟量平均值—刷牙次序绘制变化曲线。 [结果 ]随着刷次的增加释氟量逐渐减少 ,各样刷之间释氟量差异也越来越小 ,但仍保持在一定的释氟量水平。[结论 ]长期或每天使用药物牙刷 ,可达到低浓度、长时期、高频率的氟离子对牙齿表面的保护作用 ,起到氟化防龋的目的。
[Objective] To understand the fluoride ion content in water after 3min brushing in medical toothbrush in deionized water, in order to find out a new and effective method for preventing dental caries. [Method] The results of 90 times fluorine release (- x ± s) of 8 sample brushes were processed, and the curve of the average value of 90 times fluorine release - brushing sequence was drawn. [Result] With the increase of brush times, the amount of fluorine released gradually decreased, and the difference of fluorine release amount among different kinds of brushes became smaller and smaller, but remained at a certain level of fluorine release. [Conclusion] Long-term or daily use of drug toothbrush can achieve the protective effect of low concentration, long-term and high-frequency fluoride ions on tooth surface and play the goal of fluoridation and caries prevention.
