【案例】:2013年3月11日,张女士被聘至天津市某教育咨询有限公司从事教育咨询顾问工作,入职之初双方口头约定张女士试用期为一个月,待次月转正后,该公司再与张女士签订正式书面劳动合同。入职后张女士在该公司积极工作,因其工作业绩突出多次被该公司负责人给予表扬。在签订劳动合同问题上,该公司却一直以各种理由无故拖延,始终未与张女士订立书面劳动合同。2014年4月
[Case]: On March 11, 2013, Ms. Zhang was hired to work as an educational consultant for an education consulting company in Tianjin. At the beginning of her inauguration, both parties verbally agreed that Ms. Zhang’s probation period should be one month. The company signed another formal written labor contract with Ms. Zhang. After induction, Ms. Zhang actively worked in this company, praised highly by the person in charge of the company for her work performance. On signing the labor contract, the company has been for any reason without delay, and has never concluded a written labor contract with Ms. Zhang. April 2014
