Recently, the world has been infected by the heat of fitness, and occasional recreational activities on campus have become indispensable to millions of adult lives today. Before drinking tea each morning, 2.7 million people in the UK turned on their TVs and followed the slender girls in their health programs for morning exercises. They described the girls as “Green Goddess” or “Wild Lizzie,” stretching in France Sports and jazz have become popular all over the country; Chinese youth gather in the park at dawn to practice new bodybuilding, with nearly 40,000 people in Sydney, Australia participating in the annual “Fun Race” of nine miles. Ian Bennett, head of the national fitness program for the country, says: “Life is about life, and without health, nothing else.”
