邹××,男,38岁.因尿黄、皮肤发黄4天,右侧阴囊肿痛两天,于1983年3月16日入院。入院前4天开始尿黄、皮肤发黄、纳差、腹胀、大便沒黄色,肝区间歇性钝痛,两天后发热,右侧阴囊肿痛。既往无腮腺肿痛史,1982年2月至12月3次出现黄疸,肝功能受损,HBsAg(+),每次黄疸出现后2～3天发生右侧睾丸肿痛。住院用维生素,肝泰乐及中药治疗。肝功能正常后,右侧睾丸肿痛消失。体检见慢性肝病病容,巩膜及皮肤黄染,右颈部见蜘蛛 Zou × ×, male, 38 years old due to urinary yellow, yellow skin 4 days, right scrotal swelling and pain for two days, on March 16, 1983 admitted. 4 days before admission urine yellow, yellow skin, anorexia, abdominal distension, stool yellow, intermittent dull liver area, fever after two days, the right side of the scrotal swelling and pain.
