研究发现,在硫酸介质中,痕量铌(Ⅴ)能灵敏地阻抑溴酸钾氧化二甲基黄褪色。研究了该阻抑褪色反应的最佳条件及动力学参数,建立了一种测定痕量铌(Ⅴ)的新方法。该法测定线性范围为0~30 ng/10mL,检出限为4.21×10-11 g/ mL。方法用于矿石中铌的测定,结果满意。
The study found that trace amounts of niobium (V) in sulfuric acid medium can sensitively inhibit potassium bromate oxidation dimethyl yellow fading. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters of the fading reaction were studied, and a new method for the determination of trace niobium (Ⅴ) was established. The linear range of this method was 0 ~ 30 ng / 10 mL with the detection limit of 4.21 × 10-11 g / mL. The method is applied to the determination of niobium in ore with satisfactory results.
