进行学校工作的综合评价可采用以目标为中心的评价方式和以决策为中心的评价方式。但是,由于学校评价具有较大的复杂性和综合性,所以采用以目标为中心的评价方式会不可避免地带来以下缺陷:评价结果只能表明学校工作的达成度,而不能表明以下几点:(1)该达成度是在什么样的背景下获得的;(2)是投入多少力量获得的;(3)获得该达成度的努力过程;(4)在背景、投入和过程中决策的正确程度。
Comprehensive evaluation of school work can use target-oriented evaluation methods and decision-centered evaluation methods. However, because of the greater complexity and comprehensiveness of school evaluations, adopting a target-centric approach will inevitably lead to the following drawbacks: The evaluation results can only indicate the degree of completion of school work, but cannot indicate the following: (1) In what context is this achievement achieved? (2) How much power is used to obtain; (3) Efforts to achieve this achievement; (4) The correctness of decisions in context, inputs, and processes degree.
