我国从七十年代开始就应用红外CO_2气体分析仪测定作物的光合作用。但因测试手段落后,设备不配套,工作效率低,大田动态的光合测定一直难以进行。作者自1973年开始对其进行了多方面研究,並对主要技术环节作了改进,使大田作物光合动态测定初步实现了系列化和自动化。改进的主要环节是: (一)对测定作物各绿色器官(如叶片、穗、茎秆、叶鞘等)光合作用的同化室与群体同化箱,
