企业兴盛,人才为本。体制改革的时代,也必将是一个管理变革的时代,管理变革的生命力源自不断创新,使企业保持竞争优势和成长活力。本文选取了正在深刻影响中国电网企业人力资源管理的五大管理创新——标杆管理、学习型组织建设、职业生涯管理、人力资源管理外包和雇主品牌建设进行阐释,其中有的已在电网企业取得成功实践,有的已具雏形,有的还处于起步阶段,但共同特征是,它们都对电网企业人力资源管理产生了深远影响。
Business prosperity, talent-based. The era of institutional reform will inevitably be an era of change management. The vitality of managing change stems from constant innovation and enables enterprises to maintain their competitive advantages and growth vitality. This paper chooses five major management innovations that are deeply influencing human resource management in China’s power grid enterprises: benchmarking, learning organization building, career management, human resource management outsourcing and employer brand building, some of which have been successful in the grid enterprises In practice, some have taken shape and some are still in their infancy, but the common feature is that they all have a profound impact on human resources management in power grid enterprises.
