该文对采用密封反应系统制备HgBa2Ca2Cu3O(8+δ)超导材料的烧结工艺进行了探讨。这一方法制备作品的关键是:①尽量避免原料对H2O和CO2的吸入;②用短时热处理技术来控制CaHgO2的生成;③短时热处理后的预烧料在进一步烧结前需补充适量的HgO以保证适宜的化学配比;④对预烧料进行再烧结(750℃)时应有足够快的升温速率(30~35℃/min)。烧结后所得样品处于缺氧状态.Tc为120K。采用氧气氛退火可使Tc升高到133K。
In this paper, the sintering process of preparing HgBa2Ca2Cu3O (8 + δ) superconducting materials by using a sealed reaction system is discussed. The key to the preparation of this method is to: ① try to avoid the raw materials on the inhalation of H2O and CO2; ② with short-term heat treatment to control the formation of CaHgO2; ③ short-term heat treatment of calcined material before further sintering need to add appropriate amount of HgO In order to ensure the appropriate chemical ratio; (4) re-sintering of calcined material (750 ℃) should be fast enough heating rate (30 ~ 35 ℃ / min). After sintering the resulting sample is in anoxic state. Tc is 120K. Using oxygen atmosphere annealing Tc can be raised to 133K.
