研究了在半间歇操作条件下,在130—160℃的温度范围内,用乙苯氢过氧化物作引发剂的乙苯液相氧化反应动力学。用电子计算机对动力学模型参数进行了估算,并将模型计算值和实验数据进行拟合,确定了主、副反应的反应级数、反应速率常数及Arrhenius关系式。文中还讨论了反应温度对反应转化率及选择性的影响。
The kinetics of liquid phase oxidation of ethylbenzene using ethylbenzene hydroperoxide as initiator in a semi-batch operation at 130-160 ℃ was studied. The kinetic model parameters are estimated by computer and the calculated values are fitted with the experimental data to determine the reaction order, reaction rate constant and Arrhenius relation of the main and side reactions. The effects of reaction temperature on the reaction conversion and selectivity were also discussed.
