利用CI-301PS便携式光合作用测定仪,采用开放式气路测定76个梨品种(系)的净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr),分析不同梨品种(系)净光合速率(Pn)、水分利用效率(WUE)的差异。结果表明:供试76个梨品种(系)的Pn为3.08~9.83μmol·m-2·s-1,平均值为6.280μmol·m-2·s-1;WUE为2.07~18.51μmol/mmol,平均值为5.795μmol/mmol。对供试的76个梨品种(系)进行聚类分析,根据Pn可分为高、中、低3种光合速率类型,根据WUE可分为高、较高、中、较低和低5种水分利用效率类型;进一步综合分析Pn和WUE,筛选出2个高光合速率、较高水分利用效率型品种,即巴梨和早美酥。
