山西省粉煤灰排量较大,用粉煤灰陶粒代替石子配制混凝土可以解决骨料资源匮乏的问题,同时有着显著的经济效益和社会效益。本文采用太原市混凝土常用原材料以及山西文峰海能建筑材料有限公司生产的粉煤灰陶粒,通过正交试验优化配合比,分析了水泥用量、体积砂率、净水用量、外加剂用量对粉煤灰陶粒混凝土坍落度、湿表观密度、强度的影响规律,确定可以配制出LC30大流动性混凝土。
The larger fly ash displacement in Shanxi Province, the fly ash ceramsite instead of gravel concrete can solve the problem of lack of aggregate resources, and has significant economic and social benefits. In this paper, the common raw materials of concrete in Taiyuan City and fly ash ceramsite produced by Shanxi Wenfeng Haineng Building Materials Co., Ltd. were used to optimize the compounding ratio by orthogonal test. The effects of cement dosage, sand volume, water purification dosage and admixture dosage Fly ash ceramsite concrete slump, wet apparent density, strength of the law of influence, can determine the preparation of LC30 large liquidity concrete.
