Today China has become the longest-growing country in the world in high-speed railway construction. In recent years, China has started the process of “high-speed rail diplomacy,” especially in its “Belt and Road” strategy, bringing the development of rail transit to the height of the national strategy. The mobile communication system in the rail transit scenario not only involves the passenger information service, but also relates to the safe operation of the train. However, the special structure of the rail transit scene has always posed numerous challenges for the design of mobile communications systems and network planning along the route.
