如何成功地实施ERP已经成为业界诸多的研究课题之一。由于开展有效的运维优化管理工作存在个性化的企业管理模式,使得这方面的经验和总结并不为人关注,或者仅仅作为项目闭环管理的一个原则被设计,缺少详细的设计模式和规划方案。本文提出在ERP运维阶段,宜采用技术管理和项目管理相结合,运用ITIL框架和关键因素指标方法,建立有效开展ERP运维管理工作的模式与流程,将有利于适应业务变革的需求和保障ERP系统的安全高效运行。
How to successfully implement ERP has become one of the many research topics in the industry. Owing to the personalized business management mode for carrying out effective operation and maintenance optimization management, the experiences and conclusions in this respect are not concerned or only designed as a principle of closed-loop management of the project, and lack of detailed design mode and planning plan. This paper proposes that in the ERP operation and maintenance phase, the combination of technical management and project management should be adopted. The establishment of an effective mode and process of ERP operation and maintenance management using the ITIL framework and key factor indicators will be conducive to meeting the needs and protection of business transformation ERP system safe and efficient operation.
