应用细胞电泳技术测定甲硝唑、替硝唑、盐酸依米丁、磷酸氯喹和硫双二氯酚等抗阿米巴药物对溶组织内阿米巴细胞电泳宰的影响。结果后3种药物能使阿米巴电泳率减低,表面负电荷减少,提示其对阿米巴膜也有作用。 实验用溶组织内阿米巴A、B两分离株,在洛克液-琼脂-血清双相培养基中培养72 h后,收集阿米巴,以药物处理,清洗制备的阿米巴悬液为实验组,另设无药处理的正常对照组。用本校生物物理
The effect of antimicrobial agents such as metronidazole, tinidazole, emetine, chloroquine phosphate and thiadichlorophenol on the electrophoresis and slaughter of Entamoeba histolytica cells was studied by using cell electrophoresis. After the results of the three drugs can make the amoeba electrophoresis rate decreased surface negative charge, suggesting that it also has a role in amoebic membrane.
