为指导三峡—葛洲坝梯级高效调度运行,充分考虑下游水位与出库流量的不同步现象,根据下游水位的指数消减特征,提出了以出库流量作为输入因子的下游水位经验递推方法。实例表明,采用该方法后,葛洲坝水电站下游水位计算的准确度和精度分别提高了20.8%和36.8%;另外,该方法在小误差出现概率、大误差持续时间、极端误差出现次数等方面的表现均优于尾水位曲线法。
In order to guide the efficient operation of the Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade, the out-of-step water level and outflow rate are not fully synchronized. Based on the exponential decay characteristics of the downstream water level, an empirical recursive approach of downstream water level based on the outlet flow rate is proposed. The results show that the accuracy and accuracy of the calculation of the water level at the downstream of Gezhouba Hydropower Station have been increased by 20.8% and 36.8% respectively by using this method. In addition, the performance of the method in terms of the probability of occurrence of small errors, the duration of large errors and the number of occurrences of extreme errors Are better than the tail water curve method.
