目的:研究超微粉碎后不同粒径血竭粉体对ZJHX橡胶膏的经皮渗透性和黏附性的影响。方法:通过超微粉碎技术得到粒径为4,19,55μm的血竭粉体,将其与原处方中粒径为93μm的血竭粉体分别制备成橡胶膏剂A,B,C,D,采用Franz扩散池法,以血竭素为考察指标比较血竭粉体粒径大小对橡胶膏剂的经皮渗透性的差异,同时以初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为指标,比较其对ZJHX橡胶膏黏附性的影响。结果:橡胶膏剂A,B,C,D的Qs-t方程分别为Qs=1.369 6t+3.985 5,Qs=1.262 8t+3.738 1,Qs=1.192 3t+3.320 6,Qs=1.152 2t+2.366 1;并且A的黏附性最好。结论:随着血竭粉体粒径的减小,血竭素的累积渗透量随之增加,有利于经皮渗透,并且黏附性更佳。
