目的 :观察愈麻沙芬及其组份的毒理和药理作用。方法 :进行LD50 测定、小鼠酚红法、青蛙纤毛运动法、小鼠氨水引咳法、组织对豚鼠鼻粘膜过敏反应等毒理学和药效学试验 ,对各组份进行配方分析。结果 :愈麻沙芬的三个主要成分组方时在相互作用上未见明显的拮抗和协同现象 ,各药药效和毒性均未见明显的增强和下降。结论 :愈麻沙芬复方制剂中各配方药物表现独特的作用 ,相互间无明显的影响 ;复方制剂可使其应用范围更为广泛 ,有利于治疗痰、咳、喘等症状并存的呼吸道疾病
Objective: To observe the toxicological and pharmacological effects of MaShafen and its components. Methods: The toxicological and pharmacodynamic tests of LD50, mouse phenol red method, frog ciliary movement method, mouse ammonia cough inducing method and tissue allergic reaction to nasal mucosa in guinea pigs were carried out. The formulas of each component were analyzed. Results: There was no obvious antagonism and synergism on the interaction of the three main components of mazasapon, and no obvious enhancement and decline of the efficacy and toxicity of each drug were observed. Conclusion: The prescriptions of the compound prescriptions of Mahasafen have a unique effect on each prescription, and have no obvious effect on each other. The compound prescriptions can make the application more extensive, which is good for the treatment of respiratory diseases such as phlegm, cough, asthma and other symptoms
