利用研制的连续波CO2激光器,对Bis-GMA树指为基质,瓷粉为填料的复合树脂,进行激光辐照固化的实验研究、优选出最佳固化条件,并测试了复合树脂的压缩强度及表面硬度。结果表明:激光固化的复合树脂与其它方法固化的复合树指相比,其压缩强度较高,而表面硬度大致相当。激光固化方法,具有操作简便,无需添加促进剂,材料颜色稳定等特点,是一种较为理想的牙科复合树脂固化方法。
Using the developed continuous wave CO2 laser, the composite resin with Bis-GMA as the matrix and the porcelain powder as the filler was tested by laser irradiation. The optimum curing conditions were obtained and the compressive strength and Surface hardness. The results show that the laser-cured composite resin has higher compressive strength and similar surface hardness than other composite cured resin fingers. Laser curing method, with easy operation, no need to add accelerators, color stability and other characteristics of the material, is an ideal dental composite resin curing method.
