当前,在我国经济生活中,对资本的盲目崇拜、对利润和效率的狂热追逐渐渐成为企业员工管理的主流,员工的个人发展和人文关怀遭到不应有的忽视。“重利润、轻人本”的管理观念导致企业的管理行为越来越趋向功利,企业的社会责任淡化,劳资关系日趋紧张。如何正确认识员工这一重要发展资源的特殊性?在企业不断壮大过程中如何保持人与企业的共同发展?本文以“富士康跳楼事件”开篇,基于企业管理的范畴,着重分析“重利润、轻人本”管理理念的根源和有害性,并提出员工管理应坚持的立足点是以人为本。
